Wing Call terms of use

1. Who provides the service

The service is provided by Freeman Digital (business no. 208551978) ("Wing.Travel", "we"). Calls are carried by our calling providers.

3. Minutes and prices

• You pay for calls in minutes, bought in packs: 60 minutes for ₪19, VAT included. Sometimes you get minutes as a gift, for example 10 minutes with an eSIM.
• To Israel and most countries, a minute of talk uses one minute from your pack. Pricier destinations use more. Before every call you see how many minutes it uses and how long you can talk.
• You're billed per started minute, from the moment the call is answered. A call nobody answers costs nothing. One call lasts up to 60 minutes.
• Pack minutes are valid for 180 days from purchase, bonus minutes for 90 days. Expired minutes aren't refunded.
• Prices may change. A change doesn't apply to minutes you already bought.

4. Wing numbers

• You can rent a Wing number and take calls to it in your browser or the app, for example after forwarding your mobile to it. A US number costs ₪19 per 30 days. If your verified mobile is Israeli, you get an Israeli number instead, a landline or a mobile of your choice, for ₪49 per 30 days.
• The number renews only when you pay for another period. If you don't, there are 7 days of grace when incoming calls go to voicemail. After that the number is released and may go to another customer.
• If you forwarded your mobile to a Wing number, turn forwarding off when you stop using it: dial ##21#. Otherwise calls to you reach a number that's no longer yours.
• Voicemail messages are kept for 30 days, then deleted.

5. Showing your own number

• You can show the people you call your own mobile number once you've verified it's yours: with an SMS code for calls abroad, and with a check call for calls to Israel.
• You may only show a number that's yours. If it stops being yours, stop showing it. We may stop showing it if we suspect misuse.
• Without it, the people you call see a Wing number.

6. Cancellations and refunds

• You can cancel a minute pack within 14 days of buying it and get a refund for the minutes you haven't used, under the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 2010. A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower, may apply.
• You can cancel a Wing number within 14 days of buying it. The refund covers the days left in the period, and the number is released.
• Bonus minutes aren't refunded in money. If the purchase that earned them is cancelled, they're cancelled too.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use Wing Call to harass or defraud anyone, for automated or mass calling, to show a number that isn't yours, or for anything unlawful. We may limit or block an account that breaks these terms, and block destinations with a fraud risk, such as premium numbers.

8. Call quality

Calls travel over the internet, so their quality depends on your connection and on our calling providers. The service may drop or be unavailable at times. Nothing here limits your rights under the law.

9. Privacy

We keep the numbers you called and each call's time, length and cost for billing, for up to 24 months. We don't record calls. The only recordings we keep are messages left in your Wing number's voicemail, for 30 days. The mobile number you verified is kept on your account and, if you chose to show it on calls to Israel, on our calling provider's list of verified numbers. When you buy an Israeli mobile number, we pass your name, phone, email and address to our number provider, which requires them for every such number. More in our privacy policy.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll ask you to accept the new version before your next call.
